Training and Support
Opening a Tastefully British franchise takes more than passion for great food. It takes a clear system, practical training, and ongoing guidance from a team with 50+ years of operational expertise. Tastefully British provides that from day one.
Phase 1: Pre-Opening Training
Before opening, franchisees complete approximately one week of initial training at Tastefully British headquarters or at a designated training location.
Phase I covers the full spectrum:
- recipe execution
- food safety and quality standards
- operational procedures
- customer service
- sales and marketing
- administrative systems
Training is provided for the franchisee and key management staff.
No franchisee will be permitted to open until Phase I training has been successfully completed.
Phase 2: On-Site Opening Support
As opening day approaches, a Tastefully British support team member will come on-site to assist with the transition from pre-opening into live operations.
Phase II covers final setup, staff readiness, and execution of the opening checklist — ensuring franchisees are ready to welcome their first customers with confidence. On-site support typically lasts one to two weeks.
Ongoing Support
After opening, franchisees receive structured, ongoing field support — regular check-ins, performance reviews, and direct access to the Tastefully British franchise development team.
